How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5.99 for most items. Larger items, such as canvases or porcelain dolls, cost more to ship and depend on the item. You can view the price by adding the item to your cart or by contacting us directly.

 

Do you offer shipping promotions?

We do have free shipping specials from time to time, but this only applies to our $5.99 shipping rate. The shipping for larger and/or more fragile items will not be reduced, but there may be a little something extra in your package.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are able to offer quicker shipping, but can only do so during our usual business hours and on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

 

When will my order ship?

We ship during our normal business hours - Thursday through Sunday from 12 to 5pm. Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will be fulfilled on Thursdays. Gift cards will have a printable page at the time of purchase. A physical card will not be shipped.

 

I live in Tacoma. Do you offer curbside pickup?

Due to parking challenges from local construction, we cannot offer curbside pickup at this time.

 

Do you offer local delivery?

We may be able to offer local delivery for an additional fee. Please reach out to see if we have availability!

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to do so! Contact us directly prior to purchase for invoicing and shipping rates.
