Where are you located?

Full Moon Flea Market is located at 743 Broadway in Tacoma, Washington. We are inside the Sanford & Son Antiques building on the main floor.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the consignment nature of our business, we do not accept returns. Should you have an issue with the item(s) you have purchased, we encourage you to reach out directly to the artist. If you do not know the artist, please use our contact form and we will respond with their contact information.

 

When will my order ship?

We ship during our normal business hours - Thursday through Sunday from 12 to 5pm. Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will be fulfilled on Thursdays. Gift cards will have a printable page at the time of purchase. A physical card will not be shipped.

 

I live in Tacoma. Do you offer curbside pickup?

We are happy to provide easy pick-up and delivery for our local customers! At checkout, select "In-Store Pickup" and we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup. If you happen to live in Tacoma or Lakewood, we are happy to arrange contactless delivery (after 5pm on our days of business and subject availability).

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to do so! Contact us directly for invoicing and shipping rates.

 

Can I sell my work through Full Moon Flea Market?

We are currently prioritizing work from artists in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S., but we are always happy to talk more. Just fill out our "Become a Vendor" link at the top of the page.

 

How do I find out about in-store or convention events?

We regularly share our upcoming in-store events, market booths, and convention appearances on our Facebook page. Click the Facebook icon below to see what's coming up!

 

I saw something in your store, but can't find it online.

Some items are exclusive to our storefront. This could be due to our agreement with the artist or the unpredictability of availability.

 

Is Full Moon Flea Market's store ADA accessible?

We are doing our best to ensure access for people of all abilities. The main entrance to Sanford & Son Antiques has one step before you can reach our store, but if you call or message us, we have access to a roll-up door that provides a stair-free experience. We welcome any suggestions as well!

 

Why does it cost more to ship an original artwork?

Original artworks require so much more attention, packaging, and space and this is reflected in the shipping cost. The original artworks do not count towards our free shipping promotions due to this need.

 

Why are T-Shirts excluded from promotions?

Our t-shirts are currently printed and shipped directly to you by an outside printing company and do not ship from Full Moon Flea Market.

 

What's with the branch?

We use the branch with orange berries in our photos as a consistent way to demonstrate scale. The branch is a faux rosehip branch is 31" in length with the fruits averaging at 1".
